Registered teams will be called for training session and final teams to play in HTGIFA 2016 would be shortlisted thereafter.
The manager of a team should be an adult (>18 years) and would be the point of contact for all further communication.
The minimum number of players in a team is 7 and maximum 10. This can include mix of both boys and girls.
After completing registration of a team, please submit the team for approval. It is the discretion of the HTGIFA organising committee to reject or approve a team.
The status of a team post submission for approval would be displayed in the team login page. Hence it is important to remember the team login credentials.
Each player in the team needs to be added by clicking on the 'Add Player' box and all details should be filled prior to submission of the team for approval.
Valid school ID needs to be uploaded for every player and must be clearly legible.
If a player is found to be registered in more than one team, then the whole team could be disqualified.
Once the player details have been filled and sent for approval, the team details can no longer be modified.
Indiscipline in any form during on-ground training or matches will result in immediate disqualification of the team from HTGIFA tournament.
The last date of submitting the team for approval is 24th July 2017.

It is mandatory for the school ID card to show academic year in which the ID is valid and also date of birth. In absence of this, all players are requested to bring a signed & sealed certificate on school letter head when called for training and matches.
In absence of this year's school ID card, last year's school ID will also be accepted as long as the information is valid. Else players are requested to upload a bonafide certificate in the school letter head attested by school principal.
If a player's school ID is not issued for this year or school ID doesn't have DOB mentioned. It is mandatory to upload a government approved photo ID such as passport for that player.
Important Announcement: New team registration for HT GIFA will not be allowed after 24th July 2017, 11: 59:59 PM.
Team that have submitted their complete documents, but are pending approval, will certainly be considered for shortlisting. Registration of these teams will be addressed and resolved even after 24th July 2017.
